Early July 2019 with the one and only rogue mid year report glorifying the business stock rises and they do a secondary...maybe not illegal but unethical he could have announced the secondary in early July...it was slimy at best and it shows his charact

Friday afternoon Dec 2019...fda approves V for cvd label...everyone has waited for this very special day....and what does Thero say...he gives an incredibly low estimate of sales for 2020...did he know they would lose at trial...did he know we would have a pandemic that would close the country for 9 months...he must be an oracle.
With all that went wrong in 2020 he hit the mark on sales...what if everything went right.
It is proper to give sales forecasts based on what is directly in front of you and adjust accordingly as situations change...
Needless to say he could have waited months or never given the estimate but instead he caused the stock to go down...it's what causes nightmares.

It very ironic he would pump the stock for a secondary and do the opposite on the news of the decade for the Co..

AMRN needs to be investigated.
