Then a Federal US Government agency (FTC) sued them saying that the product didn't have any proven R-value, the thing that would make it infinitely superior to what is still currently on the market. And for obvious reasons they stopped buying from IVDN, as this case lingered for 5 years. The company had to put most or all of their assets in legal fees, which all of this put the share-price in a rut. Do you not see how the above issues would have hurt any company?
Now that the appeal is almost over, hopefully they will agree with the Judges ruling that after the "expert" confirmed that Insultex House-wrap was tested, and proven to have documented R-value, and ruled in favor of IVDN. Do you not see the significance of where the company was growing greatly before the lawsuit, and now if the appeal is overturned they can add to all success before, and add that the Govt agency failed to deny the fact that this is the best product (energy savings, and Earth Climate savings) on the market?
I hate hyper's on message boards that give unsubstantiated promises about the value of those stocks, but tell me if any of the facts I stated are false? If not, why this isn't such an incredible low price for a stock that with the proper financing should not take over this category that is with billions of dollars of sales a year? Once the world learns that using any other house-wrap materials is like doing construction malpractice to those financing these projects, because over the short and long run they will be paying much more for heating and cooling costs. I think it is fair to conclude that the "rut" might not last too much longer and this to me is an unbelievable cheap stock that has already proven it is the best.
