Influence. But, I can understand/agree with the army's position clearly stated a week before the riot .. there was no way in hell they were getting involved. No Tienanmen Square - sorry. As I understand it the buck that day stopped with the Capital Police. Guess who was ultimately in charge there?.
Not into details B4 but if you can tell me what you think happened in a nutshell I'd be interested. I just figure Trump's people said "let my people express themselves, go light on police".
