hmm that document says nothing other than the huge amount of shares that have been authorized. The court authorized Lazar to pretty much do what he wants to do up to and including diluting (selling) authorized shares. Perhaps this could explain the bulk selling that has been going on for the last few weeks. Chart looks pretty frightening if you are long here. Just my opinions.
