Considering the source is someone (meaning Rob) who considers a partner who takes Magic Money off us for free as being better than a partner who was going to make Magic Money make me rich, these comments probably mean the following:

'Mexico opportunity developing' probably means "Tim had some ideas that he scribbled on a napkin".

'two outdoor strat tests' can probably both be seen on the Sanswire website. One where it is seen sitting outside the hanger and the other where it is tied to the truck. In other words no new progress to report.

'did not even fit the overall business model' probably means that we are now re-writing history since Magic Money was once one of the key multiple synergistic elements that comprised the juggernautical vision known as the super hub.

GTEM approached by MM's probably means that there are still some vultures floating around waiting for something to die.

'lawsuit has been answered on time' probably means it is so rare to meet a deadline of any kind that even this is considered to be a victory.
