Luxembourg Action still ongoing vs Melisanidis, Tzannakos, Kostopoulos and other business entities

RMI Action, extension of receiver over OTE in Marshall Islands until 8/21/21

Extension granted to freeze of assets in Cyprus of parties from Luxembourg Action.

USDC-SDNY dismissed asset recovery case against former director and officers. Trust voted to appeal. Oral arguments set for 2/25/21 by phone with 2nd District Court of Appeals.

Last year:
1st Omnibus Objections many claims dismissed
2nd and 3rd Omnibus Objections some claims reclassified as equity interests
4th Omnibus Objections hearing scheduled for 3/9/21 10am to dismiss 28 duplicate claims and 11 insufficient documentation claims.

Trust continues preparation of additional objections.
