Just curious, do you consider float adjustments Dilution? I was under an impression the term dilution was specific to an increase of the OS. There has been none of that and no additional shares have been issued. The fact they are capitalizing within the OS makes them intuitive to shareholders IMO and their own valuation.
They’ve had plenty of opportunity to raise OS the past 4-5 yrs and chose not too.
