The company now admits that there is ongoing dilution but the shares haven't been issued yet! So any statements otherwise are now proven FALSE!
There are shares which are to be issued but have not been issued yet. Those shares are included in the accrued expenses and interest expense and were valued based on current market price at the time of the agreement.
Basically they have issued IOU shares! Of course, upon going pink, if they ever do... it is obvious what will happen immediately!
