Papoon, Any comment to my last post as to whether a Reg A+ offering (which locks up 80% of shares for 12 months) could be protected in some way from this kind of market manipulation or general market insanity? For example, could an issuer create a new class of stock that is convertible after 12 months in such a way as to protect against wild fluctuations (especially on the downside)? Since XERI is still finalizing its offering, perhaps we could collectively propose something along those lines?
