First - from the SEC website, in regards to filings posted on an Administrative Proceedings page:

“Please note that all of the filings associated with a particular listed matter may not be available online. Filings that are made available online generally are posted within five business days.”

See where it states that all of the filings MAY NOT be AVAILABLE on a particular listed matter?

Who knows? Possibly the Board has chosen not to upload the filed brief.

The 24th was last Wednesday. Yes. Today is the fifth business day.

The day isn’t over yet.

However, should today end without the brief being uploaded? It STILL doesn’t mean that it wasn’t filed. It just means that the SEC didn’t upload it in the 5 days it “generally” takes to upload it.

I’m sure it’s been filed and I’m sure it will eventually be uploaded.

The Board will decide when (or even IF) to upload it.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
