Closure of the lawsuit would be helpful to immediately boost shareholder confidence. I too, am hopeful we see an 8k soon.

However, I believe it was always the million voting shares that prevented Saean from moving forward, not the lawsuit itself. Problem solved?

Float probably close to being locked. Saean is likely more focused on executing its business plans now, as opposed to lawsuit.
