Honestly, I don't think it is possible to quickly get to the NASDAQ when the price of the stock stays in the 04-07 range. We need a much, much higher price to even consider it. At these prices an RS would not even make it happen. And nobody wants that.
They really need to find a way to strengthen their business first, if they want to get onto the NASDAQ. You cannot up-list until the company becomes more successful and has more business deals that are truly solidified. If this happens, then the Shareprice will increase for real business reasons and not just temporary bounce upward on "what ifs", or "what they might accomplish", or "what they have the ability to do, if they do indeed actually do it"...
An example which leads to falling share price is in the current CC during the question and answer question session between Frank and Stephen. There at least 3 things there that people originally saw as an attraction to get into this stock that now are not really going as originally stated. They were a big draw for Share holders a few months ago. That weakens Shareholder confidence and thus, lowers the SP.
Plus, I think ST3 assumed this stock price would run fast and high when TPTW was continually speaking of how many Testing pod and Sanitation pods they were going to be distributing. But, shareholders wanted more than just "We can do this". They want to see all the testing pods that were predicted to go into action actually go into action. And now that that has not happen....Its only natural for the price to drop as some people sell and move on. JMHO and how I see it.
