Perhaps. I don't see any recent 8ks for anything. Based on the post below he was asking friends for funds earlier. I think additional funds would be needed to contract temporary management of EMPM. One of the Orders prevents Mr. Sawyer from soliciting and incurring debt to EMPM.

Also, interesting was that the 12/15 Hearing states [In Chambers]. That suggests something "may" have been discussed in private between the parties.

In my opinion, Saean is already in control. And if not, they can now successfully vote for control..
