Bootstrapped - by selling some towers or by raising some money ?? Would love to know they had made some sales and actually have cash flow to the tune of 11mil. at 400k per tower (just my wilddddd guess) that would be neighborhood of 25 towers sold. Or maybe bryan and some others just ponied up the money. would love to know.

Building their book of business - this implies sales to me. Why no installations underway? If they are underway, how come nobody is showing it or talking about it?

Now it's time to significantly scale - sounds like book of sales is large enough that they need to be looking at truly mass production.
