Somebody has to keep funding Yazbeck's attorney's fees!

That is all Yazbeck is using SCAMydx for now. Just a shell scam stock selling company, where all the admin expenses are funding legal defense.

And based on the lawsuit filings, shareholders should be upset. Financially supporting an entity who's founder:
1.) Stole money from his former CMO's company
2.) Misrepresented himself as an agent of her company
3.) USED THE STOLEN FUNDS FOR SCAMYDX BUSINESS ACTIVITIES!
4.) Caused irreparable damage former CMO's company.

P.S. Just cause 10 kids are in the pool does not make the pool strong or powerful. A better description might be strong pool full of 'ships'.
