As I understand, it means Mr. Sawyer can't use those one million voting shares to negate or block Saean and other shareholders vote. Those one million voting shares are now deemed void, or cancelled.
As I understand, prior to that particular Motion being granted, it was impossible for Saean to do anything while Sawyer had complete voting control. Lets see what happens now!
I think there's a whole lot going on behind the scenes that we haven't been privy to. May get further clarification at tomorrow's Hearing, or soon after.
