OCGN seeks approval of 95million more shares to add to the already 200 million shares. My knee jerk reaction is no. And is this what is meant by dilution? Any more experienced of you have thoughts on their request to vote for this at their special meeting on 3/16/2021? Would appreciate your insights. Thanks!
