The status has changed since this morning.

The State of Alaska appeal (same appeal # as the one recorded for the Pebble Limited Partnership) is "Not Accepted".

I recall from another source that the PLP appeal is accepted. So it would make sense to accept TWO of the same appeals. I still am looking for clarification as to why the State of Alaska jumped on board this appeal. If not, perhaps, to threaten taking this issue to Federal courts. Minerals and natural resources belong to the state.

It really is ingenious how the Fed need only to provide a link or connection as to how one action may affect another industry. It really isn't hard..."Well, if you construct HERE it may potentially affect the water HERE." Essentially allows one to control production, provided there is a "reason". Brilliant.

Most likely scenario, additional research and study is required. Whether it be Biden's term or the next, progress is inevitable :)
