I would say that DBMM should file their brief and ask that it be dropped since the SEC didn't file there's, if no updates come from SEC.

Maybe it will be dropped sooner, who knows what the SEC will do. I haven't seen anything in comparison to what is happening to DBMM.

Maybe SEC will say nothing and let it continue until FINRA takes over in June.
