Atta's case dismissal "Game over"

Attia's attorney: 'No go Joe', {as he couldn't get U out of a dam parking ticket!,} " But. But Judge."

Judge: "WTF part of NO Standing don't U GET!, Get out of my court room, wasting time before contempt is filed!

No go Joe: "But, But, but

Judge." Judge: "Get OUT! }


Attia 'No go Joe'; submitted an appeal and Google asked for dismissal of dumb A Appeal.
On the 8th; Judges will hear and no doubt deny the dumb A appeal.

It's GAME OVER Pal.

Disclaimer: Don't get me wrong here as, I truly believe that the Attia's are screwed and saddened to see such a sight. Their life's work was squandered. However unfortunate as it be, They dug their own hole, signed away every thing and it's fact. Listen to taped video of trial, the Judges actually have compassion, fighting for hope, looking for any hole or loop hole for the Attia's, seriously. I mean they get it, their life's work, right.

But the facts can not be denied, The contract forces action by the by The court, enforcing the letter of the law. There's no, zero, zip, notta, NOTHING!! anybody can do for the Attia's.

Additionally, yeah, Google is too big, their freaking adclick cookies which were, originally created B/C Google needed servers and were broke, doing free services in their collage dorm or whatever.

Google was envisioning a payment method. You might say, original idea for Bitcoin. Debating a way to pay, like .ooo1, for your search.. Yet then; the no brainer, advertisers willing to pay google in exchange for advertisements.

Adclick was born.. That dam cookie is the world's worse nightmare!! Spying on your every key stroke and selling your info..

Later, the feds and armed forces joined in the party in joint owner and creation of super, now super duper extra most powerful Quantum computers! That was, like, 10 years ago, them computers are way, way, WAY! more powerful now!..Big brother, china, Russia, and every body else IS WATCHING U!!! AdClick, feds/armed forces? Duhh! No brainer!

Yet these spit A ambulance chasing, stalking the elderly, scam patent jumpers, serve as DAM good reason we need the stuff google created!!.
. How in the F it will ever break up? = NEVEER!! But these scam artists, patent jumpers, ain' gonna solve SPIT, only make things WORSE with penny scam NONSENSE!!


I AM NOT for Google yet compelled to somehow, live and let live. and in the mean time? Knock the leaches and scam artists until they starve themselves. And that's the fact Jack. [wink]

Not to leave out fact. ScrewU Halpern threatened me: Judo threats of : bodily harm, here in his profile, Deleted currently, and in a post on yahoo. They are in the hands or authorities, duh!
