MAXD's claims in the Eli Attia case were voluntarily dismissed.

So you're either confused or being deliberately deceptive by claiming that the fact that MAXD was, at a time in the distant past, a party is proof that they retain live claims 7 years later.

Even Greg Halpern is admitting in his emails that MAXD is no longer a party to this lawsuit.

The "Proof" of this is to look at any of the non-appeal filings in 2020: Eli Attia + Eli Attia PC are listed as plaintiffs, but MAXD is nowhere to be seen.

MAXD is only listed on a notice of appeal. The fact that MAXD is possibly filing a notice of appeal would only be evidence that they have failed in their original claims.

Lost in confusion as to whether or
not MAXD will benefit from Attia wining
the answer is very simple.

Look up the case # 2014-1-CV-274103 through the Superior Court of California,
County of Santa Clara.

Once there go to the PARTIES tab and
you will see a list of Everyone who stands to benefit from this case....
Party/or not.
