That doesn't show real shorts, you obviously you don't know what a 'real short' looks like.

Nobody shorts pennies that margin requirements are way, way too high.

Now an insider w might sell through a MM or m nominee that is probably what you are referring to, an ACRL insdier is leaking shares through an 'apparent short' but it is a covered short.
