Really, other entities have provided disclosures, some on the back of a cookie recipe. Its a novel idea to think that somehow they have the same weight of transparency like a true filing into EDGAR, not saying all filings are 100% accurate or can be relied upon, because that is not true either but, far more likely to be accurate than OTC disclosure.
