The answer is simple. Someone found this dead ticker that hadn't moved in a long time and was sitting at trip 2s. So if you have enough social media eyes AND you can find a few other people to throw in $20,000 or so to buy up hundreds of millions of shares at next to nothing.

Then you just start pumping the hell out of it. Come on, it's not that difficult. G*mestop started to show people you could make a ton of money on the stock market without being a genius and there are enough idiots out there to just slap something that's moving. Even if you get the trip 2s to trip 4s, you just doubled your money.
