I don't see what your example given has to do with the R/S.

I have plus 50k shares, am down as most, but I don't go and whine about it to the SEC. Btw. Don't expect them to do anything about it. They will not.

The R/S is not something I was waiting on, but on the other hand it's not the end of the world. We'll see how it plays out and how it fits in the plan. I'm long on this one as it has potential.
