There's no way to predict when custodianship will be terminated - that information will be disclosed publicly when Bauman is ready to file for the Motion to Terminate Custodianship.

It seems like the judge agrees Bauman has all her ducks in a row regarding her custodial duties, so personally I'll be confident custodianship will be terminated upon seeing the entry in the docket showing Motion to Terminate is on the calendar.

The place to look for that information if/when it eventually comes is the Clark County Courts website using the Court Case Lookup feature:

https://www.clarkcountycourts.us/portal > Smart Search > enter case # A-20-823562-P.

Btw, to see the specific documents there, you need an account with extended access, which you have to request and which requires a credit card. They provide page 1 of every document free, and that's often enough to figure out what's going on. It's 50 cents per page after that.

Nothing I say is a buy/sell/hold recommendation or financial advice. My posts are opinion only. Always review SEC and OTC Markets filings yourself for balance sheet, income vs. expenses, and especially toxic debt.
