I THINK it works like this. lets say for example that Gilead buys us out with a 5$ per share agreement, and Gilead's stock is around $60 per share.. 60 divided by 5 is 12. so for every 12 of $enzc shares you have become 1 of Gileads shares. any leftover shares turn into a fractional share. Can anyone else shed light on this?
