45 million of comp in 2020 supposedly to retain key employees.
Horse Crap.
45 million for management that across the board is no better than a D grade.
So now they have a great comp.plan Who knows how much this year..and a great plan if they leave..these guys are all locked...legal robbery of this Co...
Somebody mentioned people don't take pay cuts..BS...Tom Brady at NE to cuts all the time so the team could sign better players to make the team around him better.

What is the Comp. Committee thinking.

We have D grade management with A grade comp...it is another example of AMRN/John giving a rats ass about shareholders.
