We’re not required, were OTC pink not current hence the stop sign the company has nothing more to report , I read somewhere they put that SEC notification up to inform investors, you’ll prob start seeing a lot more go up. Here’s a link that breaks down OTC organizations in 3 market place based on available information , “OTC pink an open market for a broad spectrum of equity securities with no financial standards or reporting requirements.” I’m in MRPI it’s going thru a merge , the OTC gave them until June to submit filings, they also have Delinquent SEC reporting note on them. Ppl will lose a lot of money being scared and others will take advantage.
