It should be noted that MEDT was just reinstated and PTAH was a custodianship stock - so the SEC doesn't care if an abandoned shell is being revived through a custodianship petition or otherwise, it they cannot be contacted through their OTC Markets page and are behind on their filings and public disclosures, they are a suspension risk.

But...but..but... OTCM seems to LOVE shells! Let's 'em trade with unsolicited quotations. I really think FINRA and OTCM need to have a serious conversation.
