Neither were any of the 15 suspended today when the SEC suspended this one as a warning of what's to come if people don't knock it off.

To his credit Eddie has begun to upload disclosures for BDGR. Apparently because the "last man standing" at BDGR (Chairman Duchamp) has some plans for this ticker. Same with UI*TA.

Not so for the dumpster fire that supposedly acquired BDGR. PRPM hasn't been updated since 2015.. same goes for it's "sister tickers" SU*TI and TS*RR (almost 12 years).

Holding Eddie's stinky feet to the fire is good for except for pump and dumpers. It happens all day, every day with thousands of corporations. OTC only asks for the absolute bare minimum of compliance by management.. pay your fees and go on the record by filing disclosures. But for years on end that was far too much to ask of him. Instead he opted to upload lies on social media and elsewhere.

As long as he's honest with investors and treats them ethically that's all that matters. However, history proves he's mentally challenged in that regard.
