$PCTL should hit a bottom next week.
Real close to losing the 50-day MA as of close Friday, February 26, 2020.
But also real close to burning off the 25M shares of dilution. I put $PCTL on my verboten list for February. February is going to turn into the first week of March. But after that, should be a decent window to trade unfettered by dilution and before the reality of the 10K hits on March 31st.
I think if one can pick up shares in the $0.021/$0.022 range, could turn into a double.
