I’m hoping for no upload as well. But with DBMM being quiet makes you wonder. Their lawyers should have received either a copy of the brief or a letter stating they weren’t filing a brief. Either way DBMM should put something out saying 1. We are in receipt of the SEC lawyers brief and are preparing our review. Or 2. We have been notified by SEC lawyers they will not submit a brief and we are now waiting on SEC guidance ref. trading status. Or 3. The SEC lawyers have made an offer and our lawyers are reviewing it, etc.

The quiet is deafening!
