So are they going to provide the details on the new preferred stock referenced in the PR that the AS can now accommodate? Conversions terms? How much and who got it? Are they going to explain the AS increase in Delaware? How about the reason they were willing to talk about the name/symbol change before it happened but not the RS? Maybe they can explain why their COO got it wrong in the PR when he said the RS (and attendant CUSIP change) would force short positions to cover? Does he not understand how the market works?

...or are we going to just hear a bunch of forward looking statements?
