If I were Juan Guillermo Torres I would likely be looking to get some sort of life back in my existence on this planet.

Perhaps take a murder case or two for relaxation or applying to be the head legal for the People VS Chile in the upcoming Constitutional Hearings.

You would think a good legal mind would have some sort of inkling on registering cases that have little to no chance in succeeding normally, let alone in a legal jurisdiction that is tainted and bribed. That is Chile!
