They’re risk is that no one buys...the longer investors stay in cash, the less likely they can take price down...they’re just throwing the shares to the bid immediately after investor buys...so longer we stay in cash, the better...if more shares is the goal and you don’t want to wait for the 20% drop, then risk threshold needs to account for the immediate drop after the buy.
