Yup SJVB, and NO SEC Financials since mid-2019! VIBIScam CEO Dirty Gerty hiding from the SEC!
Returned mailings and visit to NYC only yielded a closed-up rent-an-office, crickets, and dustmites!

VIBIScam has a red "Stop Sign". No visible attempt to get rid of it.
