NOTE: MaxD has POWER OF ATTORNEY in this case as described in many other documents presented in this thread including a letter send 2 weeks ago to its investors signed by the CFO who would be committing securities fraud if he lied (Hes NOT that stupid to leave himself liable to criminal prosecution)....

NOTE:
April 8th 2021 is linked to October 28th 2020 court date which was originally planned. Google tried to dismiss the case and its now going to Trial (or will be settled) by summary judgement or adjudication.
