I mean, it makes sense to do a 1:100 RS, since that should, in theory, bring it to about a dollar. I'm sure Wei would want available support from institutional investors, otherwise, why else try to get into the American market? Especially if this is truly a run for a Chinese REIT.

I don't know too much about this so I could be wrong
