Sorry guys. With due respect, I think you are mistaken. Check the AS (8.9B) and then go to OTC Markets and check the OS (8.2B). ANY company accepting this shell is going to want more wiggle room than that. No matter what the document says, there HAS to be an RS. Simply plan for it. I'm still buying.
