Based on what???

You had a paid press release today basically saying:
"If we would have had a few of these vehicles built and functional, we could have really showed them how good they would have worked in Texas".
The car manufacturers received true free advertisement for their product. But that was because their product was actually physically there in Texas showing the ability to help in a crisis on national television.

I would love to see the stock hit $.50 or a $1.
But a few hours after the above mentioned paid for release it is back at $.36
