How does an over-enrollment square with the 86 percent update? How does that work with projected timelines? Would the next PR read "We have fully enrolled the 450 but we are now enrolling another 125."? If so, why not announce the new plan now?

I suppose I am left with the possibility that Missling believes he can get approval off of the 450 size, which he "thinks" is pivotal; the extra enrollment would then be for Phase 4. That, however, is quite a leap of faith.

Each of these hypotheses has its problems.
