They are working with Idaho’s senator’s office and have applied for grants that would advance the rare earth properties. Not sure how the current apps will turn out, but federal policy has carried through from Trump to Biden in wanting to get rare earth production state side vs. China, who has most of it now.
Also, property values are way up in Idaho, so the ‘par’ value is probably skewed much more to the upside. Remember, they sold only one property to Hecla a couple years ago for $3million plus royalties.
The value will become evident when it does. Some are starting to notice what is here, but not many.
