I am looking into submitting a shareholder proposal for the next annual meeting. It might be too late for 2021 but will definitely qualify for 2022. The first step is to select the proposal, next is to get 100 shareholder signatures which we can do through change.org. Once that is done it must be submitted to the secretary of the company. We need to let them know we can go after Hikama and we can certainly hold them accountable!
