Danman, would CGEI not simply give the windmill patent to Aradatum, free of charge, since it is their subsidiary? I found this short article ( https://www.windpowerengineering.com/vertical-axis-wind-turbines-vs-horizontal-axis-wind-turbines/ ) about vertical versus horizontal turbines, I was hoping to find something specifically about CGEI's design. I could find no such thing, although it does seem like vertical would be better suited for the 5g tower in my opinion because it provides a more steady power curve, if you will. I too, wonder about the amount of shares a CGEI shareholder will receive of Aradatum.
Dano, it would really be something to see a buyout, although I would want the price to be right. I think that many of the CGEI/Aradatum team would be hard-pressed to sell their baby. In the research that I have done it seems that a fresh slate is a typical reason for a spinoff, but it does give one an uneasy feeling nonetheless.
Pink, that is the most frustrating part of all of this, wondering what goes on behind the scenes. Many of you have been waiting longer than me, so I will continue to do that with hopes of success.
