Personally, I don't think that will move the stock. Anyone who knows about and cares about RJDG or that acquisition has already factored that into their numbers. I doubt there are many who are thinking "I would buy RJDG, but only if they actually close this thing they announced".

I would suspect we need to wait for the acquired company's revenues to be included in a 10K or 10Q from RJDG for the acquisition to pop the price.

Hope I am wrong but think I am probably right.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
