Chart looks like it found solid support at .0004, and I disagree, other tickers have not seen a 13G for like 10 years, this is a sign ECOS doesn't want to be dropped out from being quoted, see the SEC ruling, this is one clean energy ticker emerging from the dark depths imo, GL
