Schadel illegally moved LTNC from Nevada where it was revoked to Wyoming.

Moving an entity from one state to another without first curing its delinquency or revocation in its current domicile (in this case Nevada) then filing the appropriate paperwork for the move is illegal.

So this Wyoming entity cannot legally belong to LTNC (the public Issuer).

So someone needs to report this to FINRA and the SEC so they are aware of the situation which could lead to the suspension and revocation of the ticker because of all the illegal activities.

Schadel is a pumping clown.
