ZIVO - 1/5/21 & presumably 2/19/21 based on filings (no announcement)

Trigger R/S:
NVOS - 2/1/21
ZIVO - ???

Announce uplist approval:
NVOS - 2/22/21
ZIVO - ???

Begin trading on Naz:
NVOS - 2/24/21
ZIVO - ???

All of this to show, IF uplist happens...it happens fairly quickly (for an organized, competent management team). I'd surmise that until/unless we see the R/S triggered, uplist remains a pipe dream. All JMO.
