Settlement / JT's words

Get over it ...

a.) It was not settled
b.) JT did not say anything else than
(i) "The settlement terms that were suggested by investors were not available" means
Hikma's offer was worse than the "worst", acceptable offer suggested by investors (e.g. entry in 2022 vs entry in 2024)
(ii) "Your first judgment assumes that a settlement was available on terms that you would not have been similarly disappointing" means
I they accepted the offer from Hikma it would trigger the same "fury".

He did not blame any shareholders ... just informed them It is not his fault that some of them could not understand what he said ...
